Considering 23 members hes gone extra on ads. A splash page with ads, popups, whole pages ads to skip, google ads. Really I would make it as user friendly until it gets a decent amount of members cause ads are only going to annoy people. The splash page looks too dull and lifeless. The theme for the actual forum itself is ok, check out what my warez forum is like in my signature.
