    There are some design issue we found If you are run free PLR membership site then it must be more attractive design otherwise visitors are not stand and you have less members.

    After the close website its simply close you can put a popup window after close website its more attract

    Looks ok to me. Straight and to the point. Maybe a wider lay out buy the rest is ok.
