    The site is very blue its not immediately obvious what the site is actually for? May be something to think about. Maybe remove one of the ads and put a good H1 in there with a nice short descirption

    Too much ads, rotations, colors and a disastrous usability. But you can fix the issues. Make your site cleaner and simple and my eye does not hurt.

    Too much motion on the website via that ad in the middle. The design looks old (no offence). You could use a greater variaton of colors, not just blue. Or at least choose different shades of blue with greater contrast.

    Place another w to ww in the adress bar if it's not working...

    Website looks good, a bit to crowded. Ads are well integrated under the header.
