congratulations on an ambitious project. i know you're putting a lotta time into this! please, get rid of the images at the top. they serve no purpose whatsoever. they just eat up space. i don't like the logo, but more important, you need a real slogan or tagline. "create your free blog" is boring, you know, soemthing like "the world is listening" or whatever. the "create your free blog" message can be conveyed elsewhere.
