your forum is really interesting. The design is too simple in my view. Try to make it more attractive. Why not web2.0 like?. That's only my opinion . Anyway, good job for the forum.

I think the white areas on both sides of the content should have something there to fill out the blank gap.

 

I think you should change the theme of your forum and consider using some different colors.

 

Its the colours I don't like, its not sparkling.
