Clean.. but Adsense Ads are too obvious, try to blend with the theme.

 

Can you explain what's the problem? Bcaz i blend it with the theme. Theme colour and add colour is same, but what the problem?

 

First you need to switch to Babylon theme. I use SMF forum too but don't like the "default" theme. Babylon comes with most versions already.

 

Is Babylon support ARS mod?

Maybe a little header work and make it clearer what the site it about. Should be able to identify that in seconds

 

simple layout.Put a lot of information as well otherwsie good job.

 

I don't know what the ARS mod is, but fooling around with mods is not a good idea. For example, I added the simple blog mod one time, it didn't work so I unistalled it and now my database is corrupted. It works, but when I export the file and import it elsewhere to another host, I have to remove the simple blog sql table commands in the sql file or else i get SQL errors when importing it in phpmyadmin.

 

Adsense is bad. pls camouflage with the main colour of the forum. Changing the white colour in the adsense background to the grey will be ok.If your adsense is not correctly configured ,remember ctr will be low.

 

i would never join that forum becuase of the post count

get the post count way up then ill consider joining

 

Agreed. Starting a forum is no joke, nowadays things are so saturated. You better get ready to fill your forum with THOUSANDS of ORIGINAL posts and threads over the next year or 2 if you want hope of a bustling forum someday.

 

Try look another themes.. I am sure many free theme out there..

Clean, simple. keep it that way, but you need contents and I gues the only way to get that is to get some ppl to start using the forum.

I usually disslike most personal sites so I gues this is a good review.

Pleasant layout, there is nothing to say bad about the design. But you have to add some more useful information for the readers, then only you’ll succeed.

 

It is a basic SMF theme. Open your admin console and go in and play with the colors to a color theme that suits your forums. Not to many people run a default theme with SMF it is just to plain. If you need help I am free to help you with a few layouts. Keeping the basic theme also allows you to use all mods.
