Some personal thoughts on things that could be improved: - Too many colours are used - blue, red, green, pink, purple, black grey... it's not easy on the eyes. Too many distractions like scrolling text and animated banner flashes - adds to the confusion the colour scheme causes. Too many forums - people might have to scroll down about 4 pages to find the one they want. Either make the index more compact, separate out related forums into different sites/indexes, or combine some unpopular forums. Badly designed header - The banner doesn't look like there's a space designed for it, it looks rather thrown in as an afterthought. A lot of misspellings, poor grammar, and randomly placed capital letters in the forum descriptions - looks unprofessional.
