I like the skin that you used, however I find the header/logo design a bit plain.. maybe a nice logo icon and a nicer font type will spruce it up a bit

 

Yup as above said plain but nice idea needs more content as well and possibly upgrade to phpbb3

You have some great tutorials, reviews and news but I am not sure who your intended audience is.

Define your target group and then tune your content to that groups requirement. Given your intention to serve a PC, MAC and Linux audience this might prove difficult. Perhaps you should start with a more nice strategy before you try to serve the whole world?

Your minimalistic design is quite nice. There is a minor issue with your sidebar boxes at higher resolutions. The grey bar reappears after the box is already closed...

Your forum skin looks a little bit too dark blue. Why don't you use the same blue that you used throughout the other pages?

When starting a forum, it might be better to have less boards in the beginning. Now you have more than 20 boards (with 24 posts total). I would start with 1-4 boards and then specialize once you have more users. This way it will feel a little bit less empty.

Look cool but I think if you change white color with other one will be better.

 

It's a bit plain plain, albeit organized. If you're just getting started out (which appears to be the case) then id say it's looking good. Just maybe make it a little more appealing to the eyes

Following what others said you really do need some sort of logo tho. People should be able to identify you with something.

 

Hi, thanks for all your opinions, i will be working on changing the whole look and feel of the website, i want it to stand out and make people want to come back, at the moment, im getting people to go there and keep coming back, so i will be doing some small cosmetic changes in the next couple of weeks, trying different things out and there will be a new logo, that was just something i did quickly.

 

Nice site in general.

The only bad thing that stood out to me was how the heading and footer were red, and the board headers were blue. :S
