I would say get a new skin or edit the one you have, I have seen it used many times. Other then that, you set up the forums perfectly! good luck

 

I've changed themes if you want to look and thanks for the comment. I will keep things this way for now.

 

Forum layout looks good. Would recommend starting a fake community, buying forum posts and/or connecting with other forums with a backlink to your site. Keep it up

 

i think most people prefer reading black-on-white (black font on white or light colored background)

 

its very dark but anyways look good, you can also take a look at this forum for better understanding
