Perhaps think about putting your forums into categories? You seem to have every forum under the category 'Technopark Classifieds', including a General Discussion board. Seperating them into categories such as 'Sell, Buy and Rent', 'General' and 'Services' or something might make it a bit easier to find the forum you are looking for. Being able to find what you want quickly is one of the biggest advantages of the net, if it takes time to find what you are after, people tend to move on.
i think the main pages should not directly display the contents of the forum, give a home or something to interesting the visitors
I would do a little SEO and get the unique titles toward the beginning of the title element. Missing out on a big opportunity there.
