Hi All,

I just made a couple changes to my forum in terms of design. Please let me know your opinions on the forum. Let me know how else I could improve it.

the caps everywhere turn me off this. Once I opened that site I wanted to close it straight away.

looks like a site that wa made in the 1993 period

 

Defaultish looking theme, ALL CAPS, odd out of place logo that is basically out of context(Not sure what an RSS logo has to do with making money). Plus the boards are all over the place and kind of spammy looking. Needs a redesign for one. Second it needs to be more niche. Not sure who exactly is targets, everyone wants to make money hehe

The logo color does not match the forum color,
use different icons for NEW POSTS/OLD POSTS .
7/10 overall.

Personally i don't like the Ads at the bottom (dude are too big

Nice forum and the theme is fine with attractive color schemes.The forum was fast in loading and categories are interesting.But the logo is not well suited for the theme.

 

Hey guys..thanks for all the suggestions, I did make some changes which I thought made sense, like the font size and the caps.
I am working to fix the logo but I also want it to match with the other pages of the website..please view it again and make some more suggestions so I could improve it and start promoting...thanks a lot

change the ad placements at the bottom.

 

Nobody is ever going to scroll down far enough to click those ads. Consider putting banners closer to the top, or making room for some skyscrapers on the right-hand side.

And the caps are going to turn people away, regardless whether you like them.

 

I like the clean design. The only thing I would change is the logo, I would use something more unique than the image you are using.

So I changed the caps, removed the banners at the bottom of page. I have decided to keep the logo for now and start promoting the site. As soon as it grows and generates some revenue, I will change the appearance for a better user experience..if there is anything else anyone has to suggest I am open to it. Thank you, I really appreciate all the thoughtful responses.

Thank you...I know the forum needs more promotion..but its still under construction and I have yet to add content to it because its more than a forum...i am looking to improve as much as I can so let me know if theres anything else that needs to be fixed...
