    Great Job! If I'm being really picky...I'd say the red X is eyecatching...but not very inviting.

    With a great look, you should have traffic. I have a forum I started in Feb. and I only have 49 members, but about 1,000 posts....so people come back and that's the key. Get people coming back everyday.
