    I have a forum www.4critics.com please review it and we accept new mods in the forum, and the adsense shared revenue for members its 70%....

    The color scheme makes the 468x60 google ad stand out which fits along nicely to your site's purpose.
    One thing: Far too much empty space on the top.

    Better remove the alexa banners and add a more appealing logo. Graphics are nice.

    User reputation would be a nice feature.

    Onsite SEO is ok.

    Its nice. Template is dark in my opinion. Also the alexa display on top is not appropriate.

    move alexa banners to bottom. make adsense banner more naturally fitting.

    Everything looks good. I think the banner image occupies too much of space, try to reduce it.
