    The forum is nicely designed, the logo and the theme makes it look very appealing
    to the eye however, I think having 8 ads on the page is too many it would look better
    if you had 4.

    Logo design is good but try shorten it a bit so that it will not look like a lot of empty space on top, try changing the font of your logo, it looks common.

    Five 468 banners above the fold? I know a really popular forum that has just one in the top right. I would try that for now. Actually, if it was me, I would try building a site without ads first. You might be surprised how things work out for you.

    I think you are using SEO free phpbb3 theme it would be better if you remove the ads..too many ads,
