Its looks like a nice new forum. It's seems to have the professional feel to it. I must say keep up the good work.
Nice use of colors but I can see that it's still doesn't has its own logo. That is very important. Another thing is you can also consider get rid of the Powered by vBulletin which should be replaced with keywords related to your forum.
Good luck with the forums. It's so hard to start something like that. I get turned off by all the forums and no posts. The colors are a little bright, but I like the simple feel to the overall layout. Again good luck
The page layout is not bad but I think that shade of orange is too bright, and I think you should change the color of the adsense ad to match the theme of your site.
Nice forum with a great design and a great choice to put ads at your header. Overall, I'll give you 7/10.
