Yes i am aware that in GoogleEmpire there is a word google, but i want to educate people about google.. I searched and found lots of sites with g name in it, high alexa and page ranked.. So i don't think there will be trademark issue for domain..
depends on your uses of the domain but they could tell you to shut the site down whenever they want had the same problem few years ago with myspace once fox/murdoch group bought it out.

1] Logo needs to be re-designed to look more attractive and cool. 2] Widen the template/theme. Current one is for 800x600 px. At present, very rare percent of internet users are having 14" or 15" monitors. Hence consider 1024x768 px for the theme. 3] Is a class="postlink" having no-follow attrib? Don't make Signatures no-follow. But your color choice is very cool.
I'd prefer white on the page borders and not black but you'll probably find as many people liking the black... the category structure looks strangely familiar try and be original as a rule of thumb have fewer categories until the forum grows so that it doesn't look dead.
Yeah i know logo is odd, but i just put it to stay there until i got some time to make new one. Thank you for advice for widen template.. I don't think signatures are a nofollow.. And i will modify category structure a bit, of course..
