    I've just skimmed through the site and heres some suggestions:

    Remove the splash page, who wants an extra click ?
    Remove the "It shows that you are unregistered. Please register with us by clicking Here" floating box. If people want to join they will find out how.
    Get some new football icons, as we all know a real football doesn't look like a black and white checked ball.
    Shoutbox doesn't work or is it unavailable to guests ?
    The logo is ok, except football101 doesn't stand out.

    Has potential though

    I don't like the opening Flash page, nor the advertisement when you scroll down.
    I do like the header.

    Take down the intro page. No one wants the extra clicks and there is no content there for search engines to categorize your site with

    Great job. You should add a Fans forum. Ultras and Hooligns where people can upload pictures from the stadium.
