Not impressed, sorry. I've tried to access some of your games but I ended up on advertisers websites. Using this path you may have earn some pennies from the advertisers but will never have a successful site.
It's a pretty good first attempt. However, I know you said it's mainly shooting games but you should try and Categorize them into smaller groups as at the moment it's a bit over whelming on where/what game to click as there is so many thumbnails together but very little information about what the games are. Also, with your Adwords Banner on the Game Page - You must move the ad 150px away from the game itself, otherwise Adsense can ban your account.
