It is an awfully bland design devoid of color. It is not very eye catching. Not much imagery there either. The domain name is not the greatest, but that is a very competitive niche and domain names are hard to find. Your website's load speed is good and at 18 total requests, it is not overly bloated. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/egdgNY/http://allthatshape.com
thanks for your input, the design is horrible I am working on that. As far as the domain goes, I think you are missing the brand potential with it. I guess I need to do a better job of selling it.
here is my about page, maybe this will clear up the domain a little bit http://allthatshape.com/about/
The site is a useless poorly written piece of junk. No searcher would be happy getting any of the content in their search results.
You are wrong about the poorly written piece of junk, all those articles are top notch written by me.
No they not! They are very poorly written and the content is junk ... but if you want to delude yourself into thinking that they are not, that is your choice.
By all means what is so poorly written about them. Please give me specifics so that I may improve. I just compared them to some of the most popular fitness websites on the Internet and mine are as good or better then most of thier articles.
Take the first post on the site: http://allthatshape.com/eating-healthy/helpful-ways-to-stick-to-your-diet-while-traveling/ useless poorly written info. If I was looking for info on diet when travelling, it tells me nothing of any use and i would not be happy with that in my search results. I think you will find that Google will agree.
Again you give no specifics, you should actually read the posts. It gives advice on how to stick to your diet while traveling, not on diet specifics. My articles may worthless, but so is your feedback
The website is a good start. I really love the blog posts. It is a great idea that you included the social media icons in the top right and corner. The world wide web today is very social media focused. I would recommend adding more posts. I also recommend adding a sitemap.xml file to the root directory. This will help Google find and cache the website for efficiently. I noticed that you don't have any backlinks as well from other websites. Try getting them. My website would be happy to link to it.
