Please review my First Blog!

I just started off with a new web blog with no prior experience. I need some suggestions for increasing the hits.

please improve ur traffic

 

Concentrate on good content and traffic will come automatically.

 

Get a good logo. (let me know if you want one, cheap )

Also get a favicon......

The blog is well designed but I think you should do the following things
to make it look better and to increase your traffic:

- Get a professional logo.

- Change the title of your page, the title should be a short meaningful
sentence which contains a few of your most important keywords.

- Work on your meta tags, you should have a description tag, and a
tag for your keywords.

- Then you can focus on building some backlinks to improve your organic
search engine traffic, you can build backlinks through article, submission,
directory submission, and your signature links here at dp.

 

What I can see is that the blog is basically a general blog which covers on wide range of topics. It would be better if you can create a niche blog rather than the current one so that you can work on to concentrate on getting more targeted traffic.

I've now started thinking on the logo part, will add one soon. Thanks for the help guys.

 

I agree with the majority of the replies thus far in that your blog is pretty organized. It has lots of categories to search through, which is what I look for in a good blog. I think that some of the information you put under each title within a category should be more detailed (and, it's your blog so make sure your opinion is obvious about everything you post). I know many people like myself who won't click on things unless the info appears to be worth the effort and time.

 

Looks nice, but needs some interesting content.

I like the theme. Looks clean and simple. A good logo is a must. As it will be the sites image. Also don't forget to add new interesting things as frequent as possible.
