    The blog is very interesting and has good design and color schemes.The background color and header image is more effective and the blog was fast in loading too.

    it looks good.

    I haven´t seen any issues with the form from Chrome. IE usually has problems.

    Did you run a cross browser check?

    About the marketing organization, I think you are leaving money on the table there.

    I would take out the google ads, put form on top, and the affiliate product under it. Also, make the image clickable, conversions usually go up.

    I like the site, and I think the theme is perfect for feng shui. One suggestion would be to blend the bgcolor on your right sidebar adsense.

    Also, maybe something to build ethos with the audience
