The site isn't bad to make it look better you should do the following things: - Change the color of the adsense ad at the top of the page to match the color scheme of the site. - Get a professional logo and some graphics for the header. - Add some graphics to the page. To improve your organic search engine traffic you need to build more backlinks, you can do this through article marketing, good luck with the site.
It's looking pretty good. There's some okay content there. But it's a bit bland, you need something to stand out from the crowd. You really should consider purchasing a logo or at least putting images in your posts so that it doesn't look so boring. Other then that just continue writing content and get your backlinks and you'll have a decent site in no time.
