The site has been open for one full day and we already have about 25 posts. So far it's my brother, a friend and I posting, but before the week is over we have 2 more friends joining in and helping out. We figure if all 5 of us post a few times a day, we can get a lot of content quick.

I designed the site, and we're all contributing with posts.

Please let me know opinions and suggestions.

 

Very nice website, I think its based on wordpress. Nice magazine style theme. Just a suggestion, on you right columns, if you can give some margin between the headings and content, it will look nice. (eg. some space between "Tag Cloud" heading and tags.
Nice favicon too.

I think that your enthusyastm and youth helped a lot. You'll brush it up a little bit and add some categories to navigation and you'll get better.

 

Yep, designed it myself. I've been designing websites for a few years now.
