    the position of sections are OK, but the "grey" color is not smart, I think you should select more soft colors(close to "white")

    The grey does not appeal to my eyes. I would recommend a white background with blueish header tags.

    I would have a white background where the content is. The grey is just killing me.

    Take a look at how it might look with the white.

    Would you keep the left side menu and top menu bar a light grey or all white?
    I do think the white is better.

    You've broken one rule- you post too many ads on your home page. This makes the visitor feel as if they are being pressurred into buying a produce or service.
