Please Review my Education And Healthy Blog thanks

Hello everyone,
When I first started building my General education Blog and healthy Life blog I was in doubt if I should rather go on a more cleaner version of design or something more rough.

I would like suggestions and reviews from you guys, I am really considering to go for a more rough and a busy design with the second version, so any suggestions will be very welcome.

nice healthy life blog man, but maybe you should change the colour a little bit, it looks a little monoton, and the content of the health blog, try to add some source like NEJM(new england journal of medicine) more convincing i think...
