well.. this was the first time ive ever gotten my fingers on a server and actually tried to make a website.. i assumed since domains weren't case sensitive.. neither was the folders... eh.. rookie mistake.. Ive since learned my lesson.. :-D
You can simply change it to forums by renaming the folder. I am sure there would be a way to make "Forums" and "forums" go to the same location using .htaccess.
your avtar looks more like a cat, however the forum looks good too bad its not my niche otherwise would have been interested to contribute

The flag is a bit much for non US citizens methinks. Its also irrelevant. Like having giant melons everywhere, it just dont make sense.....

I understand where your coming from.. but the American flag means so much to me.. granted.. politicians soil it almost every day and have everything FUBAR'ed.. still doesnt erase what The American Flag stands for.. although maybe your right.. the background flag might be a bit much.. Ive tried several diferent pictures.. but I didnt like them nearly as much (then again I am bias) lol ok, so Im on a new mission to make a new background.. thank you Siberia, I will update the thread when I install the new pic and see what everyone thinks..
