Please review my directory

I have changed the layout a bit for my directory, can you give better suggestions? How/what/where to set.
I want to make a short brainstorming review stuff... to increase directory rate of success.

wow nice layout hope u get good pr and dir will be big hit

 

the featured link and top rated buttons look odd, you might want to fix them, logo looks nice though

 

give me more i'm insatiable Really.. want to build a great web directory there, so all suggestions are welcome. I'll not make a sad face if you criticize me Critics are good. Hehe.
About those buttons, i set it yesterday, and was in a rush, without fonts

And... yes, thanks, i really like the layout. Even i have to work some more on it, to add new features.

 

For the font style on your bar, use a more professional font that's thinner (not impact), maybe arial? Also a smaller font size would be idea.

The logo looks great!

Really like it! Only thing to consider is maybe something like "snap" when you hover the thumbnails. Personaly I like those.

Discoverluv : Snapping for thumbnails? hmm... a good tip. But need some work to make it I'm snapping only external links for my directory, so not filling the page with snap-it logos...
But your ideea rocks. Perhaps i'll implement it, for featured listings. They are featured, no?
