I do not like the template, I think you should get a better template and a logo.

I like the colors but not the logo's position. I recommend a new logo as well.

Yeh you need to change the template.

 

I think the template is good, clean and easy to navigate(always important for all sites), however i think you need to get a better logo.

 

The left corner of the header is not so good .
Also try to use some round corner rather than sharp corner , it makes your site soft and comfortable .

 

I am getting the logo work done. Not sure what I want, but I have put some posts up for a logo.
Feel free to ad your links. I just finished manually approving over 300 links. It took over a half hour.
That was just from the last 8 hours.
