    What's the width of the page you used ?
    I feel the navigation links are too small.

    Not too bad, but could definitely do with something extra. Maybe if you added a background image or gradient?

    Also, make sure you add keyword and description meta tags at the very least.

    This is just the design , of course it will have content and on the right bar it will have a few images of the parteners..etc.As for the background image i've thought of that but I don't have any ideeas ..if you have any suggestions I'm open to them..Anything else I should change ?

    your navigation buttons are too small, too wide because i must scroll right to see your other side.

    in my opinion that red doesnt look very good, also the logo is gif or jpg and it is not the best quality you can see noises on it

    You are in a good start to further develop the site. The site logo and banner header look fine to me. But you have to really work on your site width so that it won't overlap the screen.

    It's looking pretty nice. Although the little links (Despre Noi - Activitati etc) get lost in the banner due to the bold side links.

    1. Website width should be standard i.e. 1000 so most of the people can see it without horizontal scrolling.
    2. There should not be any empty space above the website header
    3. For left menu, kindly use text links rather than Images. It will reduce the page loading time.
    4. Rather than using one single image in header, use small pieces of the header. it will also reduce the page loading time.

    I think the final work is ok but although this site is for Red Cross, I think the red background is too strong for my eyes. Cross bullet is a bit blurry/low res. Anyway Good job.
