Its still under construction but a quick review of what you think will be appreciated. I wanted to keep the site simple and easy to navigate.

 

I think you've accomplished your goal, it's simple web20 layout.

i suggest to put a portofolio or so so people can see you works

You have a nice sense of design . But you lack the coding.
Well if you mean by underconstruction in sense of coding then everything after this line is invalid

If you are saying under construction in sense of content then:

First you need to code your template in xhtml/css . Calling a psd sliced template with a little code a site is not considered good. I have done this in the past so i know how this review is going to feel like but you need to do your designs in valid xhtml/css . If you do so , as ive seen your designs and they are really nice , youll get more clients and very fast. But at the current moment if " I were a client and i wanted a design from you i would only get a psd design from you and get someone else to code "

Layout is good but the font is wrong.

 

I can't speak to the technical side of things like Ace did, but I can tell you that I have a broadband connection and your site was extremely slow to load.

looks kind of dull for me. Maybe shouldn't use the black n grey stripe background.
