    Signup with feedburner and redirect your feed.
    whats entrecard doing on a dental blog?
    Remove Meta from sidebar.
    Remove Archives they add duplicate content

    My personal opinion, if you can provide better image for this site it much easier to view. The theme color is great and maybe you can also share some good video related with junior dentist.

    Nice site...

    Would tend to agree with amitpatel_3001, but also recommend you might thing of changing to background color of the text area to a light color and then use a dark text, as white text on a dark background can be hard to read.

    It is a very informative blog. But I don't really like the colors. Maybe you could play around with it to see if you could find a better color scheme. That's my opinion though...

    I would suggest to change the entire theme, will be trying to customize a theme to make it related to dentistry.
    Will be telling you if i get some good theme done!
