    Please Suggest me how I can improve this. Few of its pages are not cached. Is this because of its design or their are some other issues. Thanks.

    there are many adsense ads in website no-buddy like many ads in site. i think if you want earn money from adsense you have a good content with traffic :oops:

    You have nice website, but if just want to earn money with website, than you have to change the design.

    Try to find "Adsense Wordpress Theme" this will very helpful to you.

    Simpledentalcare.com is too simple. You need to upgrade the design if your looking for the bucks. Otherwise a great educational site. Good luck.
