    You've got a nice domain, i would say the logo isn't going with your forum theme and neither is it attractive, i think you should try giving it a new brainy look :p , your forum theme looks professional. i would say add some more sections so that your members gets some more choice.

    i would rate it 6/10

    Definitely redo that logo. Everything else looks very clean. I like that you haven't loaded it with advertising yet. It's always best, IMO, to attract lots of users first and then monetize the forum. It's easier to attract new users with a nice, clean site.
