It is a deals website for Indian market

    http://www.dealsghost.com/index.html

    Few questions here...
    1) Should I change deals images with smaller images? or pure text?
    2) Should I remove right banner advertisements if they are too annoying?
    3) Is it fine to have a page left aligned....most of websites have center aligned but because of my limited css knowledge i felt having it left aligned would be easier as at few places i am using left margins.

    Thanks in advance

    Hey,

Your website is fine but not too fancy. But there is a problem with menu, on mouseover the background image changed but, not the font color, so the text is not properly visible while it is highlighted. Remove the banner ads if they making the page load slow. Other than these issue your website is fine, clear visible, good meta tags and good alexa ranks. Keep it up.

    1) there is problem with alignment (or lack of it)
    2) the bottom banner ad is ok. if user does not find anything they looking for they could click banner at least

@geeks4share @atxsurf Thanks for your feedback
One more question. which is more advisable having a single big page or having lot of small small pages?
My perception is from user's point of view having small pages is better but big pages performs better as far as search engines are concerned

can't disagree more unless you are talking about VERY small pages with little unique content that ill not be indexed at all. otherwise multiple pages allows you to use unique urls, title and meta tags which makes it more specific to the search terms. the increased number of pages indexed also increases the probability of click on your search result.

Try this tool to validate your website and otherwise ensure the code is correct:
