Advertising placement is good for getting clicks.
But content wise your site is a let down. Just two articles?

And what is with that blue "Fo" bar at the right side? Looks weird and not very pro.

 

A little bit bland, but a good concept.

 

Needs more content and the box at the bottom "Free Web Hosting" needs to go. Too much space on the sides too. I suggest making your blog wider.
