    First thing you must mention the cost of the software at the first page, somewhere near the buy button. Otherwise I might quit this site and look for the next one in google search results.

    Agree with that. you surely need to mention of the software cost.
    it reallt will helpful for business company since its easy and more effective to keep a track of the customer calls
