    The design is excellent though I find blue and red-orange colors too strong for me.

    I have to agree with Bohol, the colors did a number on my eyes. Also, I'm a fan of the rectangle buttons at the top, especially when you look at the rounded rectangles at the bottom. And lastly, I don't like the underlines for your middle links (Discussion board, Health Dir, etc) I think it'd be more attractive in the whole "button" got a bit brighter.
