I am in dire need for a good kick in the pants. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but my site is just not getting any hits. Even those who come up do not visit many pages. 1. It would be best if you had your own domain name. 2. You have 3 columns I think it would be better if there were only 2 columns. 3. The design is very simple you should try to get a more unique template. 4. Get a logo.
