Please review my cash diary site

I have set up a wordpress based site MyCashDiary.com.

My Cash Diary allows the users to submit their money making blog posts for free with their affiliate links etc. So it is everybody's cash diary.

I would appreciate any suggestions on the layout and contents etc.

What should I add to make the site more user friendly?

Reduce the text size a bit. Otherwise, its good lookin'

 

Not sure about the concept, but the design looks good!

 

maybe you can make something better on header.
whole site looks good.

 

I liked it but had a bit of trouble figuring out exactly how the site worked and what was so unique about it. Still, very good site. 4-1/2 stars.
