    The layout / theme is OK. However you must get a nice logo to get some attraction.

    Also, remove the top 468x60 default banner image.

    really nice design, and I like the color too
    about the google guidelines, do you have permission on all the images on your sites ? or just simply grab it from google?
    I know your site may need a lot of images to support your content, but you might get in trouble if you just get an image from google without the author's permission

    This is a very nice designed site!! I really enjoyed the site. it's quick and easy to navigate, and very clean/easy to read.
    Basically I like the layout. So I think this is a pretty good design.

    I would say your site is very informative but you should add more images to you rs ite and add good header to your site for nice performance.
