    The site load fast here in China .
    It seems the right column(main column) doesn't display properly in IE .
    (The main column is not on the right side, but at the buttom of the left column. Didn't you notice it ?)
    There might be some problem with the layout css .

    It loaded quite fast for me.

    I think your flash logo is to big, i think you could get away with 2/3 of that size.
    I like the layout of the website.
