    I don't agree your content is quite readable and that's the most important thing. Black on white is king for copy.
    The main problem is that you have to scroll down too much to find information.
    Make a smaller header and a bit more eye catching, then remove the top menu and make it appear on the left column.

    The content is well organised but can't understand and the template is very old and need a good looking one to impress visitors..

    Why you need text like "I hope my blog will get high traffic for next day" on your blog? It is useless
