    Good Sugestion: Don't reveal your Adsense stats, especially your CTR. It's against the Adsense TOS. ;)

    He means to say, that you should avoid disclosing your CTR and CPM figures. It's against Google Adsense TOS.

    nice placement but change the title colors in your ad...black is bad because it kinda looks like normal texts not links...
