    The site looks good and the header image looks nice you can remove any one of the banner adds because more adds looks bad you can add it as the skyscraper at the sides

    ur blog is a very nice blog...
    takes a bit time to load...
    anyhow i personally dont like this kind of layout....
    but after reviewing ur blog...my thinking has changed..

    The header image is very impressive and the content is not understandable.It has nice layout but it was bit slow in loading completely.Check it out.
