    I like what you're doing but I'm not motivated to do anything. You need more Call to Actions at least from my perspective. Good foundation though!

    Your page is loading good for me..
    I think you must change your theme, keep it in three columns..
    Put a beautyfull adsense or other PPC there. If you get more traffic, you will potencial get more money.
