I think they're too many ads at the top. Most people leave quickly and stick around long enough to click on your ads. I like to have the first post visible immediately then ads between the posts.

I completely agree with the previous post - your blog is overwhelmed with ads. I should scroll through these ads untill I get to the first post... I suggest decrease the number of advertisements and preserve good and simple design.

let me express my opinion and I hope you're okay with this.

I think the contents are good and useful, however, the blog layout is too simple and that makes it less eye-catching...
