    from usability point of view, the menu / navigation should not be so much down ... ads are important , but well, you are using Blogger , so not much cost for you . its also a new site, while not attract some people first before distracting them ?

    style is not bad but the google ads are ... :) you can change their colors. maybe colors can be same with their TABLE color. or white background ads may be better.

    google adsense in grey background must be the same color, and to white background too.
