    It seems to me you don't really know what your blog is about. If you're not willing to put in the work and write good, unique content, you will not get much traffic and thus get no money. Sorry if harsh but it's my honest opinion!

    You will have to improve your blog, please add some content(new + quality),make some changes in design. Your logo is using same color with your ads , may be it will create problem for users :)
