    That is an overused design for websites now adays. But it is effective, mainly because it is clean, and easy to read/navigate. Which is very imporant, because your target market, it very wide

    your site is nice. very simple design ad template. I can suggest you to make some changes in the color combinations. Some visitors want colors to the site to attract them. content is good.. thats all.
