Looks pretty good, with some interesting articles. I would recommend adding a nice header/logo or at least some more color somewhere. The design just looks a little dull to me. Also, you might get better advice if you post in the "Reviews" section of the forum.
I think you have a good set of articles and if you make the interface a little more use-friendly, you will get more followers
It's really plain. No style. No images. No graphics. No color. Unless you are well known in a particular industry, that minimal, vanilla look doesn't really fly well. You have to present your content well if you ever expect people to stop long enough to read it. I really don't like the text crammed across the top of the page. If I were to use the word "wrong" about anything, that would be it. That is wrong. I would have built an introduction area for that text, above the posts or in the sidebar. Looking at the site it's obvious that you have no design or graphic skills. But that doesn't mean that you can't still make it look good. You have to compensate and do what you can do, and get or purchase graphics to compensate for what you can't. Use free vectors and clip art sites if you have to and doctor them up with GIMP or Photoshop. But you really need some style. It has none.
